We cancelled our service the first week of March 2009 yet they continue to bill us and send us collection notices because "they still haven't finished cancelling everything on their side." The rep. said, "this not uncommon and that we do not owe the money that they are billing us for...according to her, it will all be worked out once they complete the cancellation process." WHY DOES IS TAKE OVER A MONTH FOR THEM TO COMPLETE A CANCELLATION? They also charge a monthly fee that is a "billing and collection fee"... read full review »
