Why if the company wants you to pay them for your defalted bills are they so rude on the telephone? Not answering any of your questions and asking a hundread or two of their own seems to be their way of doing business. If they would treat each of their calls with a bit more respect perhaps they would get a bit further on their collections. Just an observation. read full review »
