Hi Everyone! I'm writing this "blog" to let you all know about the terrible customer service AT&T offers their faithful customers! First, we scheduled a disconnect (to be reconnected at the new house) for April 17, 2009, because we are moving that weekend. Guess what? The incompetent morons at AT& T decided to disconnect us yesterday~ April 8th! NINE DAYS EARLY! So we have been trying for almost 30 hours to fix the problem.
