I recently made an order to get glasses online w Valueglasses.com on 10-20-05. I was then sent 2 e mails stating that my Pupilary distance was missing (the distance between the left & right pupil in millimeters) from my order. So I went to the eye doctor & got it & sent them an e mail stating with my pupilary distance 2 days later & no one has responded. I sent SEVERAL e mails to them & I got NO response.
