Excalibur Towing tows your car illegally without authorization. The company towed my vehicle today. They do not allow you to get your vehicle back until you pay them 251.30 cash. I will be contacting the Texas Department Of Licensing And Regulation to file a complaint. The "Towing Ticket" I received did not contain any official authorization.
