We order and paid with cr card Norton 360 for 3 computers. After completed the first down load the program could not erase in our computer the previous version of Norton: it entered in a continuous loop displaing this note: "Prevous programs erased, please Restart your computer". This step was automatically repeated 11 times. Finally we proceeded to make a Shut Down.
