these people financed our truck in 2004, they have sent mailings claiming to be able to lower our payment by reducing the intrest rate, so when I changed jobs, and my husband became ill and was off from work for 2 months, I contacted them, they gave me the usual run around, I finally got hold of a lady who quoted me an intrest rate that the loan could be lowered to, faxed her all the needed paperwork, only to discover that our intrest rate had been lowered a whopping 1%, in other words I GOT NO HELP AT ALL, by the way, if you are one day past... read full review »
