I applied for a grant that said it cost $1.99 and they toke $1.95 from my account and also toke $94.89 from my account twice . In the web site it does not mention the charges of $1.95 nor $94.89. Tell me why would they do it to me twice? I would like all my MONEY back. I fill out one complaint and noticed this has happened again .
