I've given up the thought of returning wrong product, after unsuccessful attempts at phone & email attention, since I see I'm not alone - and both the wrong product & that which I want say "temporarily unavailable" on their website. I ordered 2 Vichy Spray Deodorant Ultra-Fresh (a man's product). The packing slip was accurate, but the product received was Vichy Deodorant Ultra-Fresh (which seems to be a woman's product) - not good naming on the part of the manufacturer, but my complaint is total lack of response to my attempts to make it right. read full review »
