I placed an order on December 2nd. It is now April 10th and I still have not received my order. I have contacted them MANY times and rarely received a response. In mid-February they told me that if my order was not shipped in 5 days I would receive a full refund but nothing happened. I am currently trying to figure out if there is a way to legally force to refund my money because I have a feeling I will never receive my order.
