This complaint is about a surpervisor named william Graves who is employed my master Halco in cincinnati. He bet me the bengals would make it to the playoffs this year. They didn't. He owes me 100.00 and he won't pay, despite several attempts at collections. I lost a couple ten dollar bets this year and paid him immediately. I guess he wants to be paid when he wins but has no intentions of paying when he loses. Being that he is in a supervisory position he needs to be held accountable for this.
