The company said they didn't get my order, but they really did. I ordered a second time. I was charged over $119 and now 3 months later they want $170 more and I don't even have one of the three magic jacks working. I finally figured out how to chat with them online to resolve my problem. It was like talking to a brick wall for over 2 hours!!! I got nowhere with them.
