I signed up for a $25 phone calling card online and was put on the flex plan. I wasn't aware that Tel3 services are sold through multiple agents/websites and have different pr0mos/discounts. I am using the Tel3 account strictly through payphone use, therefore incurring mandatory payphone surcharges per call.
