My story is the same as the hundreds before me. I ordered the product for a free trial offer just pay shipping 4.99 on 3/15 didnt receive the product until 4/6 and on 4/2 they charged my account 78.81 I called to try and send back this product and get my account reimbursed . Was told by some rude arab that that was impossible the fact that there was a problem with the postal service was not there problem and there was no way I was going to get my money back and they did not want anything to do with receiving back the product they sent.
