I purchased a new LG cell phone in a sealed package. Upon opening the package and reading the enclosed user guide-page 5 states "Check To Make Sure That You Have All The Parts Shown Below"-which includes a headset that was missing from the package. After trying to go back to the store purchased at (Sears) I was told that because it was a sealed package with a part missing I would have to contact the LG Customer Service Dept. and have them send me the missing item at no charge.
