• Immediately after purchase/delivery of this computer (11-05-07), it would go to a blue screen. This could happen 5-6 times a day. We contacted Dell and they had us run diagnostic tests. The decision was that the hard drive should be replaced. Dell sent a new hard drive and installation was completed with the help of a Dell (telephone) technician.
