Chances are if you are reading this, it is too late for help for you. You've probably already been ripped off by planetdvdstore.com. I ordered a set of DVDs and it was recorded straight from TV Land. I could have made the same recording myself and done a better job. After sending emails with no replies, I had to do some digging around. There is no return address or phone number, of course, listed for the company. I'll keep you all posted on my findings. I'm not letting this one go. I want my money back! read full review »
