You people LIE! First after your mistake I waited 4 days for Edward to call me back( manager at Fed EX Kinko's). FUNNY he never got back to me with any type of explanation as to where my packages are. So I got ahold of the next manager Brandon after another four days he showed that he is worthless also. Brittany is the only employee that even tried to help. The whole mix up was due to a small mistake she made. I know none of us are perfect. But your employees have failed over and over again.
