I am starting a small business and sent them my money and they never spoke with me. Yes, they say their number is 24/7...it only rings and you get a cheap business line that sends you in a circle transferring you to multiple extensions. I found them on GoBigNetwork.com and reported the problem to them and they did nothing about the problem. The "founder" gave me an excuse for disappearing that his parents died at the same time.
