I purchased Cyberdefender a couple of weeks ago. I have recently had trouble with my computer, and I thought this was a good purchase. Last night I had a ghostly rabit cross my screen twice so I called Cyberdefender. Their tech took control of my computer and showed me a screen that was filled with errors. After looking at this screen he told me that I probably have a virus, and he really wanted to help me but that wasn't included in the basic package that I purchased.
