I bought a $40.54 bag from bagbest via ebay and never received it. I had numerous emails with bagbest regarding the bag. Bagbest kept promising me it was coming and they were sorry the order had been delayed and they would send it straight away. They never did send it. I don't believe they were ever going to send it. They were just stalling me so I could'nt claim the unsent order with paypal.
