I was tryting to send the money to India in Dec 08. The money was detected from my account the very next day. I have the tracking number with me. But it is not received to my bebeficiary in kerala till date. ICICI never tell you why or what went wrong during the transaction or what is the next step to approach. I kept calling every agent and after several emails I managed to get my money back into my account in Rupees. Basically I exchanged USD to rupee and money in my account still. Never go for this kind of service. It is mere waste of time. I lost trust on them and I will never use this again. read full review »
