I too was charged twice on the same date on my credit card for $1.95. I only had one on-line charge on my entire credit card for a Bissell steam cleaner that I purchased. I never had a conversation with anyone on the phone regarding this purchase or any purchase. I called my credit card company and the legal department stayed on the line and conferenced in a supervisor, Darrick, from MN call center.
