First, I want to say that our HOA board of directors has been nothing but helpful, engaging and easily approachable. They do whatever is in their power to get things fixed for us, call out contractors immediately when there is an issue and are very good at letting us know when things are taken care of. We are on a shared water system and I know for a fact that we have never gone more than a day without hot water, so whoever posted that, you need to get your facts straight.
