We purchased a netbook from eglobalwireless.com and the unit did not power up. We had to pay $10 to ship the unit back to the company before they would send us another one. The second one worked for about 5 hours before dying. I asked the company to refund our money. Not only did we have to pay another $10 to ship the defective product back, the company charged us a 25% restocking fee. So, we paid $119, plus an additional $20 for added shipping costs, and they only refunded us $70. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company if you want to keep your money. They really ought to be shut down. read full review »
