On April 4, 2011, I called Wells Fargo asking them not to release the money ($9, 000.00) that I had financed through Guardian Roofs Energy and Solutions in Santa Ana, Ca, because I am in dispute with Guardian Roofs and I am waiting for them to finish up the roofing job. I was told on the phone that they (the bank) had released the money to Guardian on March 31, 2011, ASSUMING that the job had been done.
