We have very poor service... the TV keeps going off and on the air... when it's doing this, we can't follow anything playing... i.e., a news commentator will make a statement; the TV picture and sound is gone... a message "One moment please. This channel should be available shortly". When it does come back on (if it comes back on at all!), a new topic is being introduced... before they get into the subject, the channel is gone again.
