I dumped at&t's alleged "services" a year and a half ago. This week out of the blue my parents, who are in their eightie's began receiving collection calls on MY old telephone number. Now I only pay from a paper bill, I do not trust on line bills because at&t triple collected on one month's services and refused to ever acknowledge their error even after sending in copies of the bills, (which was current by the way) and copies of our bank statements.
