We financed our truck with Roadloans which was bought out by Santander Consumer, and it has been a hassle from the get go. Our finance charges are more than what we borrowed. I'm pretty sure we can't join the class action law suit because my husband had to sign a promissory note that he would not join one. My truck was repossessed, they called an hour after to make a payment arraignment not even knowing the repossessed it!
