I ordered an answering machine and when it finally arrived it was in pieces. A damaged old box was torn and there was not packaging to keep the machine from getting beat up in the box. I had to repair the unit before using it. It didn't matter in the long run because it was a (filthy) used answering machine and had a flaw so that it could not be used. I had to return it at my expense and told them that if they could not send a brand new answering machine that they tested to see if it was also flawed then just refund my money.
