I am deeply disappointed with T-Mobile unethical practice. Last month I had called to have my unlimited text message disconnected. While talking to the rep I asked her to put a block on the ability to send or receive any text messages. However when I got the bill this month, I saw that I was charged for unlimited text service again. On calling I was informed that when I had called last time I had asked for block to be put (which meant that I could not send or receive text) but I did not ask for the unlimited text message disconnected!
