IBSN is one of the worst company in service industry. I have been filing tax with them 5+ yrs, but over the yrs their service level has gone down. This year they changed their filing process and now want customers to pay processing fee before even sharing the draft filing copy. Once you pay, the draft copy shared had many mistakes and wrong input. When I rejected, no one responded for 3 days and after 10 calls and emails and not until I called up Laxmi Palayup directly.
