I have a complain with one of China wholesaler. The website is http://www.wholesale-dress.net.I did a shopping on 31st of march and ordered 22 items. They are claiming that they do the shipments between 3-5 days. But it took 15 days and they sent only 11. I asked them to pay my money back but they said that they can not. They refund it as a credit on their site and forces me to buy new items. In a month I did 9 shoppings...
