I have a complain with one of China wholesaler. The website is http://www.wholesale-dress.net.I did a shopping on 31st of march and ordered 22 items. They are claiming that they do the shipments between 3-5 days. But it took 15 days and they sent only 11. I asked them to pay my money back but they said that they can not. They refund it as a credit on their site and forces me to buy new items. In a month I did 9 shoppings... Wholesale Dress

Wholesale dress is a big fault for a customer shopping online. I ordered total 4 orders and paid more than the product cost to courier firms to get these early but although they claims that they ship in 2 days, it has been 14 days and the goods are still at preparing status on the site. I paid for such big courier cost just for nothing. Honestly this is not the correct way of working. I received one parcel from them after sending alot of emails and the result was disaster.
