Have been dealing with these people since Jan.31.11. They have given me one excuse after another why I have not receieved my order. I just called then a few minutes ago and now it seems that the wrong address was on the package and was shipped back to the company. I was told they will resend my item with the correct address on it this time and at NO cost to me. Meanwhile they not only have the package, they have my money as well. 10 - 15 business days the item (YEAH) should be in my poession. Would anyone like to bet on this. If this one second needle is not in my hands in 15 business days, I'll take futher action on this company. read full review »
