I was one of the unfortunate ones to make a purchase of Nikon D80 from Express Cameras. Not only were the products lacking in quality, which is not normal for Nikon products. However, I got the same bull story as nearly everyone does, about quality, service, etc. The "no-service" rep actually told me to shut up and listen... he would not let me get a word in just kept talking over me... very rude.
