3/18/2011, money was taken from my checking account without my authorization. I called Kryptonite Credit and told them I didn't authorize them to take money from my account. The person that I talk to told me it was a mistake and I would get a refund by March 28th. He even sent a confirmation email, it is now April 12th, 2011 and I have not received a dime.
