This complaint concerns T-Mobile's misrepresentation of services and customer service. I have a T-Mobile cell phone with prepaid minutes. On 3/29/2011 I added minutes to my phone. I was told $100 would buy 1000 minutes and I would also get a 15% bonus of minutes. The 1000 minutes were added to my account but the 15% bonus minutes were not added and have still not been added.
