I order a CD on FYE.com for my husband's birthday. Two days later, someone from customer service called me. She said she wanted to confirm the order with my husband. I told her "It's for his birthday, I don't want him knowing about it." She said, "too bad." I told her to cancel the order. She said "Fine" and hung up. I then sent two emails to their customer service department to cancel the order. Still, we were charged on the credit card, but never received the order. I never heard back from them.
