We selected Marvin windows for our retirement home and have had the rep come out several times and adjust the sliding doors. This adjustment does not hold on two of the seven sliding doors that were installed. There are only two elderly people living here so there is no abuse. The insulation strip at the bottom of the sliders are creeping out, even after repair I have one that continues to come out. We have a custom made window leaking. Even when the rep comes here, he admits there is a problem, but Marvin does nothing and makes no suggestions. read full review »
