I had been a customer of Hit web design when they were Heritage Web and always got the worse customer service of any place I have ever delt with !! They made promises they never kept, and as soon as they got my $$ for more services in the pretense of hosting my website and making it better... they never answered my phone calls, I was constantly put on hold for sometimes up to 1 hour !!
