I was on the internet when suddenly I got a pop up window saying I was infected with a critical virus and was directed to a web site that guaranteed me for $19.95 that it would remove all the viruses which stupidly did. I then found I was charged $99.90 plus $3.00 for an international charge. I found an 800 number called them complained and they stated they would refund my money I am still waiting. I am calling my credit card company but as I have nothing in writing doubt they can help. Look out everyone this is a scam! read full review »
