I read all the complaints on this board before taking the risk of working with AIM and believe me, I was concerned. The reason I decided to give them a chance with our refi was because they matched the rate and closing costs from Amerisave which saved me $1, 200 right off the bat. I think it went smoothly because I warned them from day one that I had read a lot of shit about them and not to screw with me because I wasn't afraid to get on Complaintsboard.com.
