I am a small business owner who is a CLEAR Authorized retailer. A customer who does not have a credit card bought a Greendot Card at Walgreens to purchase CLEAR service . We have processed CLEAR Transactions on prepaid VISA Cards before so we assumed it would be no problem . After loading the card with $225 (and waiting an hour because Walgreens doesn't submit payment until then) We attempt to process payment . The card comes back as declined.
