On August 15, 2010 I bought a computer from this place at a Liquidation Sale in Roanoke Va. The saleman told me it was a new computer with a 5 year warranty through Gateway. He showed me where it had a dual core processor and 64 bit operating system. Well I got the computer home and it has a VIA C7-D processor 1800 MHz 1.60 GHz 32-bit operating system. Then I emailed Gateway to check on the warranty and guess what? No 5 year warranty, the computer was sold to a company called Renovate that only sales refurbished computers.
