My mother found this 'bank' on the internet here in Rhode Island. She went there and filled out a mortgage application (on april 3rd) and was eventually referred to a mortgage broker in the same city. We could have done that ourselves. We went back and met with the branch manager (william plant?) and i'm not sure they are even a bank. He was very evasive and could not show us a license. read full review »
