Clear.com has been a nightmare since the inception. The representative blatantly lied about everything and I wanted to cancel my account immediately. I was told that in order to cancel my account I would have to pay them $100.00! To add insult to injury every six weeks almost on schedule there is a problem with my service. This last incident which took place is I was without telephone service for three days.
