I saw their website advertised on Facebook so I clicked on the link to look at the website. My TV had recently went out and I don't have the money to go and buy one out right. It stated that there was no down payment and no shipping costs. I sent an email to them and asked of they delivered to the state I live in. They said they do so, I submitted my application.
