Got a $185 quote from them for my old iPhone. When I got the packaging materials a couple weeks later, I send in the phone. A few days later, I got an email saying that unless I replied to the email or called them with the password for the phone they were changing their offer to $0.00. I replied to the email with the password. No response. Got an email saying they had been trying to contact me and that I should click the acceptance link (for the $0.00 offer). Called their "hotline" and got an answering machine where I once again left... read full review »
