Had tried to review shipping and duty costs but instead of allowing me to review it confirmed my order. Within 4 minutes I had emailed requesting they cancel the order but 50 minutes later they sent me an email stating order has been processed and they do not accept cancellations. I was told the only thing I could do was not accept the order, the items would be credited however I would be stuck with the full amount of shipping. Shipping charges were $170. ... that was more than the cost of the stool. I have written several emails, called several #'s but it seems no one is interested in helping. read full review »
