Poor customer service - took debits but never sent product - took 2 debits each time – never changed address change after reported – refused to refund money or send new product. REQUEST - If you have had a bad experience with this company, please don’t just shrug it off. Instead take a few minutes to write up your experience and post it somewhere on the Internet.
